Questions Toronto Dog Parents Ask
Everything you need to know before your pup's first visit.
What vaccinations do you require?
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. We also recommend Canine Influenza. Please bring records from your vet at your first visit.
What are your drop-off and pickup hours?
Daycare drop-off runs 7:00am to 10:00am and pickup is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. Boarding guests can arrive any time during business hours.
What should I bring on my dog's first day?
A well-fitted collar with ID, a flat leash, and their favourite treats if you'd like us to use them. For boarding, pack meals pre-portioned and any medications clearly labelled.
How do you keep group play safe?
Every dog completes a temperament assessment before joining. Playgroups are matched by size, age, and play style, and staffed at a 1:6 ratio with trained caregivers on the floor at all times.
What happens if my dog gets sick at daycare?
We'll contact you immediately and, if needed, transport your dog to your preferred Toronto vet or our on-call partner clinic. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness must stay home for everyone's safety.

Our facility is in downtown Toronto and we offer pickup and drop-off across the city core, including Leslieville, The Annex, Roncesvalles, Liberty Village, and Riverdale.
